Refund & Returns Policy

At FALX, customer satisfaction and product reliability are our top priorities. We are committed to ensuring that every braking system delivered meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • The product is in resalable condition

  • All included manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are returned

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

Due to the nature of performance braking systems, installed or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed brake pads, discs, rotors, or calipers

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Special-order or made-to-fit components

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval status of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect product sent by FALX

  • Damaged item upon delivery

  • Manufacturing defect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable courier service such as DHL, Aramex, or Emirates Post.
